Inslogic PA12-CF Filament – Nylon 12 with Carbon Fiber for Industrial Applications
The Inslogic PA12-CF Filament is an engineering-grade material composed of Nylon 12 (PA12) reinforced with 20% high-modulus carbon fiber. Designed to replace metal brackets and brittle plastics, it offers an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, high thermal stability (up to 177°C), and minimal shrinkage. The PA12 matrix absorbs 50% less moisture than standard PA6, maintaining tight tolerances even in humid environments.
Key Features
- 20% carbon fiber: superior rigidity, high tensile strength, and shock absorption
- Moisture resistant: PA12 absorbs 50% less water than PA6
- HDT 177°C: withstands extreme temperatures under load
- Lightweight: density 1.0466 g/cm³ for lightweight structural parts
- Eco-friendly refill: reusable spool compatible with Bambu Lab and SUNLU

Domande frequenti
