01 — Series Production 3D Printing
We produce functional components in small and medium batches, using 3D printing as a real production process, not as a simple prototyping tool.
Our approach is geared towards repeatability, quality control, and scalability: each part is optimized to ensure consistent performance over increasing volumes, using technical and composite materials suitable for the final application.
Serial 3D printing is the ideal solution for pre-series, spare parts, custom products, and low/medium volume components, eliminating mold costs and drastically reducing industrialization times.
Production capacity: up to 50,000 pieces/year, with planning and supply continuity.
02 — Prototyping
We create functional prototypes designed for mechanical tests,
dimensional checks, and assembly trials, using materials and
printing parameters consistent with final production.
Prototyping is not an end in itself: each prototype is
designed to be a step towards series production, reducing the risk of
costly modifications in subsequent phases.
This approach allows for validating the component in
real conditions and accelerating the transition from development to
production.
Prototypes designed to become products.
03 — FDM Additive Consulting
We assist companies and technical departments in design
for 3D printing, supporting choices that make a component reliable,
producible, and scalable.
We analyze geometries, materials, print orientation, and
production strategies to transform an idea or CAD file into a component
ready for mass production.
Additive consulting is particularly suitable for those
who want to correctly industrialize 3D printing, avoiding typical errors of
prototyping not geared towards production.
DFM oriented towards additive manufacturing.
04 — 3D Scanning and Reverse Engineering
High-precision 3D scanning allows us to capture the exact geometry of existing components, prototypes, or complex objects. We use advanced scanning technologies to capture every detail with tight tolerances.
Reverse engineering transforms the acquired data into native CAD models, ready for modification, optimization, or reproduction. This process is ideal for replicating legacy components, analyzing complex geometries, or developing variants of existing products.
05 — Laser Marking
Laser marking is a precision solution for identifying and customizing components made from various materials. We use advanced laser technologies to engrave logos, serial numbers, codes, and technical details with micrometric accuracy and guaranteed repeatability.
The process allows for marking surfaces on plastics, metals, resins, and composites without altering the mechanical properties of the part. Ideal for industrial applications requiring traceability, branding, and regulatory compliance, laser marking offers permanent, high-quality results even on complex geometries.
Every mark is checked to ensure readability and compliance with the specified requirements.
06 — Epoxy Resin Components
Epoxy resin casting for high-performance components. We produce food-grade and standard epoxy resin castings with varying durometers: Shore 60A, 70A, 80A, and 90A. Each formulation is selected based on your component's specific requirements for rigidity, flexibility, and chemical resistance.
