Fiberon™ PA6-CF20 – High Rigidity Carbon Fiber Reinforced Nylon 6
Fiberon™ PA6-CF20 is a Nylon 6 filament reinforced with 20% carbon fiber for 1.75mm FDM printers. The carbon fiber reinforcement significantly improves rigidity, mechanical strength, and heat resistance while maintaining excellent layer adhesion. Thanks to these properties, it is one of the highest-performing Fiberon materials in the range, suitable for replacing metal or injection-molded filled nylon components in demanding technical applications.

Printer Compatibility
Requires a 1.75mm FDM printer with a hotend capable of reaching at least 300°C, equipped with a wear-resistant nozzle (hardened steel or ruby). The high carbon fiber load makes the material quite abrasive to the extruder.
